(This waiver must be signed and included with a copy of your registration)
- The Wait List will be used to provide a list of replacement players
(Please note that the email address provided by wait list players will be provided to players registered to play)
- Goaltenders in Novice will allowed to borrow Glenlake’s novice goalie equipment. Depending on the number of Novice players that indicate they are interested in being goalie, 2 players may be assigned to a team to share the goaltending duties. If more than 8 players indicate an interest in being goalie the first players to register will be registered as the goalies.
